The Directorate of Finance and Administration are two departments. These are Finance and Accounting, and Human Capital Management & Administration its functions include:
- 1). Initiating and directing actions for implementation of the Corporation's financial plans, maintenance of proper and efficiency accounting system;
- 2). Initiating and implementation of recruitment, training and staff development policies;
- 3). Exercise control of administration and assets of the Corporation;
- 4). Evolving appropriate motivation schemes for the staff with a view to increasing their productivity and efficiency for the benefit of the Corporation.
